Miami Florida Residents: Would u suggest a foreign resident to live within Brickell, SOBE (Ocean Dr) or Normandy Islnd
Considering buying a condo in Miami...I dont mind a loud nouns...I dont mind a city area...but I want to be close to the shore ( which is basically everywhere surrounded by miami) ...movin from nyc to mia...what do you suggest i do?
Answers:
brickell or the shore
There are relatively few condos on Ocean Drive & what there is are any wildly expensive or matured apartment conversions that are falling apart. Elsewhere on SoBe will have much more choice. Normany isle is a residential nouns about a mile west of North Beach. Brickell is in a minute the hot area but it is downtown & a motor ride from either South Beach or Key Biscayne's beach. You might want to first decide where on earth you'll be working because commuting in much of Miami sucks.
Brickell. my grandparents live there and love it near and it's about a 10 to 15 minute ride to the shoreline. if you want to swim in the fjord, about a 5 minute's drive. Brickell have a really nice surrounding area and it have a nice walk along the fjord.
