Me and my 6 year ripened are going to Chicago, where on earth are some righteous places to be in motion see and guzzle?
We planned on the Sears Tower and the Planetarium. I think we would enjoy time for one more stop. He have already been to the Shedd Aquarium. I want to lift him to a really neat place to munch through also that is geared towards kids. Thanks!

The Museum of Broadcasting is One the Field Museum is two and Navy Pier is Three, I would go as several Places in the City as Possible.
I hold a five year old son, I live and work within Chicago tourism, so here's a few suggestions.
***Lincoln Park Zoo is free & open year round. Aside from adjectives of the animals, if the weather is nice you can take him for a ride within one of the paddle boats within the lagoon where you procure an excellent view of the city. Don't put away "zoo food" though, you're only a block or so from Melo's, RJ Grunt's, Stanley's, and the Chicago Pizza & Oven Grinder Company.
***Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum is also a pretty nice stop for kids. My son really like it there, there's lots of hand on stuff for them to do, and a butterfly sancturary which is like a huge greenhouse loaded beside like a well brought-up thousand butterflies. You're right by the zoo, so the same suggestions for restaurants walk here.
***Muesum of Science & Industry is my son's favorite. There's lots of boy things there resembling a bunch of actual trains, cars, and airplane simulator, a huge model of Chicago also with working trains...best of adjectives, an actual coal mine exhibit! You travel in an elevator a few hundred foot below the muesum to a coal mine where you swot up all around the business. The highlight is a ride on a coal train, resembling you were a miner on your style to work...though it is closed for renovations until 4/4.
Not much notable to munch through in the Museum, or inwardly a block. If you want walk or give somebody a lift a cab up to 53rd & Harper...I usually drink at the Leona's or Hyde Park Gyros. It's way better than intake at the Science Cafe in the muesum.
***Navy Pier is terrifically nice for kids. There's the Ferris Wheel, a mini golf course, a Children's Muesum, and the IMAX theater that shows really wicked 3D informative movies & usually one kids movie, like right in a minute it's Spiderwick. When it warms up the Pier is reall nice, fireworks at dark, and funnel cakes along the pier. Eat at Capi's at the largest entrance, it's pretty nice...a definite upgrade over the McDonalds and America's Dog.
How about the Field Museum to see 'Sue' the T-Rex or any of the awesome stuff at Museum of Science and Industry.

All of those are really fun places...I think the Museum of Science and Industry is the most fun for a kid.

the convoy pier was cool but i be like 10 when i go and i was kinda bored. the grazing land museum is cool too and the science museum is really cool cuz its all hand on but it took us like 3 hrs to jump through it all and we be movin really fast.
