I spent most of the first 20 years of my life surrounded by Vancouver, Washington. It rains entirely too much but it's gorgeously green in attendance as a result. I had to move away to appreciate that! I miss winter storms at the shoreline and the smell of evergreens in the stern yard. I love where on earth I live now, but I'd steal back the precipitation and green goodness of the Pacific NW within a heartbeat!
I live contained by Washington State near Spokane. I am also close to Cour D' Alene Idaho. I close to where I live. Housing prices are fitting. the people are friendly and we own 4 seasons. We do achieve snow in Winter, Sun contained by Summer and in Spring and Fall we hold warm days and cool night. I moved here from California almost 2 years ago and I am happy I did. There is lots of different things to do within your spare time. There are lots of different lakes and rivers for fishing or boating, team game animals for hunting. I find the neighbors friendly ans wiling to give a appendage when it is needed. Here where I am we do NOT hold a lot of traffic . it is enormously quiet also. Last 4th of July we have 3 deer come into our yard, stir into our waterfall and catch a drink of water, There be 15 people on our fund deck watching them, my daughter in tenet went into the house get a camera and took their picture.
If you want to be happy beside where you live, may I suggest Washington State.
