Cost of living, housing, schools..
Answers:
It is a middle class incredibly Latin suburb west of Miami International Airport. Housing is heavily into low rise condominiums & townhouses. It is popular because it is centrally located with biddable expressway & turnpike access, so commuting is relatively convenient. Schools are average. Housing cost is below downtown but about alike as West Kendall.
The mostly Hispanic area is centered around the drastically exclusive Doral Country Club.and..property near the club is expensive. Doral Blvd runs between the Florida Turnpike & the Palmetto Expressway and is recurrently bumber-to-bumber with commuters trying to grasp into the downtown & airport area. The neighborhood is experiencing a building boom of housing developements, condo's & townhouses, prices be high due to the prime location but hold come down a bit because of the housing glut & downturn in prices. Nothing surrounded by Doral is cheap. Several new school have be built in the nouns, but are too new to be capable of rate them. At the moment l rate the area as excellent.
