If someone wants to pay envelope the costs, then YES, I'm sure they will vote again. But so far, the States don't want to suffer the costs, and the Democratic National Party doesn't want to bear the costs. So, it looks UNLIKELY that they will vote again. If noone comes up next to the money then NO, I'm sure they won't vote again.
