What to wear to California contained by February??
Ok I am not from CA and I am going there contained by February for vacation. What are nation where surrounded by CA in Feb? I don't want to stick out.

Layers are call for. Casual dress will work most everywhere. Start with a cistern top and jeans. Over the tank a mid-length sleeve shirt. Jacket will rise and fall depending on where you are and time of year. Northern is colder than Southern CA. In San Diego, usually a light/mid jacket will work anytime. Further north you go, the colder it get in the morning and darkness. I have basically quit with sandals due to the precipitation, but usually that is adjectives I wear.
It's usually within the 50's to 70's during the day and 40's at darkness, so just where on earth something that makes you comfortable within that weather. Some pants close to jeans or slacks, a sweater or sweat shirt and a light to med jacket. Nothing to reheat like a huge parka. In Southern Ca it can procure warm some days, similar to into the 70's or 80's. So bring shorts just surrounded by case.

If you are going to LA area, than wear indifferent clothes like jeans, slacks, sweaters and I don`t know a cute jacket. It can get a moment or two chilly in LA surrounded by February. They are very robustness conscious there too. If it's the San Francisco nouns or the wine country. casual and stylish is also the passageway to go, but remember, SF can bring back cold and foggy in February, so maybe a heaver jacket or coat. Bring sun glasses also no thing what part you stop by. You'll love California.
Not socks with sandals on. Don't wear a boonie head covering either. Check out La Jolla and create sure to bring swimming trunks. You will be disrespected if you wear tourist clothes.
jeans and a teeshirt !! dont worry! bring a sweatshirt! sometimes it get cold also bring shorts but i would go near jeans!
