What places in greater LA, Orange Co or the Inland Empire hold the nicest looking Halloween costumes & best selection?

I don't know that nouns but I know that me and my friends have bought costumes on Ebay. There are population that have their own "stores" set up and you can bid on halloween costumes instead of paying full price. Also, you should probably start very soon because they'll be cheaper and less relatives will be bidding on them.
