210 freeway on weekdays?

How bad/good is the traffic on the I-210 W on weekday mornings? Near the La Canada area.

Like all freeways surrounded by LA it sucks , lol.
kinda depends on the time, but not to congested. about 8 it starts getting substantial

In the La Canada area...it is not fruitless at all...the 210 going through the Pasadena nouns can get heartless though.
