We enjoy been looking for smaller areas outside of FW and dont mind for a time drive. We also have a 1 y/o so we are looking for fitting school systems as economically. It looks like contained by Newark and Aledo we can get a polite size home for under $200,000 within those areas. Thanks

Newark is a really small town. My wife was born here and grew up there. They a short time ago put their first stop light within about a year ago. If you don't mind living contained by the country. Newark is part of the Northwest Independent School District, which is in actuality a fantastic school district.
I would also look at Haltom City or Watauga . Its more city than country, and its surrounded by the area you’re looking at. The cost of living is cheap in that, so you’ll be able to find a really nice house contained by your price range.
We moved to NE Tarrant County a year ago. We love it.
Park Glen subdivision is a planned community. Zip Code 76137. Keller School district. If you have need of a realtor, I had a great one I'll dispense you the info on.
