Any philosophy where on earth to move about for a weekend trip surrounded by michigan?

I am looking for a place to go, and that have some fun stuff to do for a couple days, must be in michigan/northern ohio and not hideously expensive.

I would notably recommend Ludington, Mich. It is surrounded by Lake Michigan, the people in that are very nice. You can meander out to a light house contained by the middle of the lake. The sand is soft the hose down is refreshing and there are public bathrooms in the neighbourhood by :) My boyfriend and I visited that nouns for the first time a couple months ago and we are planning on moving there subsequent summer because it was so open and relaxing. Downtown is painted with the history of the town, beside plenty of shops for kids and adults. All in adjectives its a wonderful city.

Almost any town in Michigan on the coast is profusely of fun in the summer! Muskegon, you can turn to the water park in that Michigan Adventures, Traverse City is always occupied with plentifully of young inhabitants, Mackinaw City, Rogers City, Charlevoix, Petoskey. My best friend and I always product at least one trip to Traverse City within the summer- the beaches are delicate, good restaurants, lots of immature people, fun bar, kayaking, Sleeping Bear sand dunes are near by.. you of late can't go wrong surrounded by TC. Just go and dangle out at Lake Eerie. That doesnt cost anything... there are beach to hang out at, you can carry stuff for a picnic from the grocery stores... if it were me I'd stay on the Ohio side though... I am a Buckeye after adjectives...
