I can't seem to find anywhere online that offer private plane tours in Arizona. If anybody can give support to me out that would be great.

I'm not sure about "plane" tours, but their are local Helicopter tours, I'm not sure of the designation, but you can get the info from the Mesa Airport (the older Williams AFB site).
You might have some luck for local plane tours by calling "Stellar Air Park" within Chandler, there are plenty of local pilots in that with airplanes that might provide the service your looking for.
Contact someone at Falcon Field too. A few weeks ago my husband took my nephew on a small helicopter tour out of Falcon.
Call someone at the scottsdale Airpark. They specialize in small aircraft and private planes. They could backing you or help you find the right creature. Good luck!
