Best West Coast City to Live within (L.A., Seattle, San Fran)?
I am currently living in L.A., and lived surrounded by a San Fran suburb.
Best overall quality of living, traffic conditions/commute, mass transit option, affordability of housing, good paying available job, good school, safe to lift a family, etc etc.

Seattle definitly. LA has the smog, and San Francisco have wayy expensive housing.
I would say L.A. best place to live, really expensive but u get the beach, u cant pace that, san francisco, is too confusing of a town, with adjectives of its one way streets, u own much more to do in southern california, although i am from nor cal.lol
Seattle fo sho'! It has the coast newly like Cali, but much cleaner, better traffic, and much nicer nation. And, no, it does not rain as much as everyone think.
