Are they immigration checkpoints from San Jose California to Houston?
hey one of my uncles from california is traveling from sanjose california and does not have papers and hes hear that there is a checkpoint is it true?
Answers:
if he is traveling by road, yes there are abundant. But I do not think, they check for papers. As long as he have a valid picture ID, like a Passport or any US issue picture ID, resembling a US drivers license he should be fine. I am not sure though. For traveling thru air, he wants a valid photo ID and a boarding pass. He wishes his papers only to cross the boarders, i guess. I may be wrong though.
There are, but, pretty standard. He is, after all, not traveling to a different country.
A valid picture ID should be fine (a driver's license if he intends to drive)
And dutiful luck.
How various check points depends on which way he go. The closer to a border the more there are. No thing which way you run, at all state borders near may be checkpoints. These checkpoints may not be solely for immigration but they are there. If he does achieve stopped along the road the car can be impounded surrounded by the middle of nowhere, with him within custody. If your uncle is to be traveling much the best bet is to get him to capture some papers.
yes distribute all illegals put money on to the eastside where they come from I say within may be check points if he is riding his donkey with out a receipt lol
