Best place to move contained by the US?
My husband and I want to desperately move out of the Metro Detroit area. We want to return with a house but wouldn't be able to afford one surrounded by expensive states like New York or California. He make about 70K. My income is only just anything because I'm a full-time student. We were thinking roughly speaking trying to find a nice foreclosed house somewhere in the south. Good belief, if so.. where?

Look definite good at florida the housing bazaar is still dropping and will continue to drop.And for work if you own any good skills job are open but down in that you will find the pay ascend is lower.
For the cost of living yeah if you rent you wil pay lots but if you buy not to desperate.My friend lives in a unadulterated nice trailer on his own lot and pays 63 dollars a year taxes.
