Texas winters??
My husband and I are considering a move to texas after our lease is up here in Ok. We are origanally from Ca. What are the winters within houson like?? Also, what are the best places within texas to live that have winters similar to sacramento ca or better?? My husband hates cold winters and so we are trying to find a place next to not to cold winters and not to long.

I took a trip to texas in April of ending year, and we packed adjectives shorts and bathingsuits. Well, we ended up buying winter coats nearby, and staying inside our hotel room most of the time. That was surrounded by San Antonio. It was the first time some of the individuals there have seen snow. So, it's probably not similar to that all the time, but only just thought I'd warn ya roughly it.
it depends. in south texas I remember have christmas and it was 75 degree outside.WIERD!! I have also see it snow.it don't start very regularly, but the great thing going on for texas weather is that if you don't like it..hang around about an hour and it will switch :-)
I live in Houston, and enjoy lived in Midland, Dallas and Corpus Christi. Winters surrounded by Texas are generally incredibly mild. You won't find weather like Sacramento anywhere though. It's more humid here, unless you're surrounded by the western part of Texas. If you approaching being in the vicinity the coast, and want the warmest winters, Corpus Christi down to Brownsville would be the best bet.
