Are within any oriental market within Miami?
Near downtown that is accessible by bus or walking?
I'm really contained by need of lumpia wrappers and publix doesn't get anything like that.

There are a number of "oriental" market in the Miami-Dade county nouns, both north and south. Just do a Yahoo search for "Oriental market, Miami." Unfortunately I can't find one that is inside Metro-Mover distance of downtown. Sounds like you'll inevitability to hook up with MTA.

There a few appropriate ones close together in North Miami Beach--which, as you would expect, is nowhere near downtown Miami. But if you can go and get to NMB:
