Is February 20-26 a goot time to drop by Disney??

Check your weather forecast if you are worried about the weather.
However, as a rule of thumb, anytime is a correct time to visit ... a short time ago bring a light spring jacket. You will never know if you will want it.
If you are from out of town, maybe you can check if airlines enjoy special fares during this time. You might as all right check if you can get some special room rates (if you are not crashing within with a friend's or relative's place).

While any time is a good time to jump to Walt Disney World in my assessment, you might want to ask around and see if this is Reading Week or Spring Back for many university. If so, you can bet that many society will make their agency to WDW. A good place to ask such question is the DIS Boards which can be found at www.disboards.com
As a broad rule, if it is at a time of year that doesn't require school aged children to miss arts school (and not just within the part of the country where on earth you live, but other places as well), the answer is NO. That strikes that week.
Plus, there is the risk of a cold spell within the winter months. Just because it is (probably) warmer than pay for home doesn't make the cold spell smaller amount of a problem.

It's perfect! I go last year around that time and it wasn't overcrowded similar to it is in the summertime and it wasn't hot. You will enjoy to wear long pants, socks and long sleeved shirts. Also, bring a sweatshirt for when the sun go down.

Great time to pop in Disney. Take a light jacket or sweater beside you and carry an umbrella, though. It can receive cool in the evenings.
