Does anyone know of any cheap apartments surrounded by Downtown Dallas?
I'm looking for something as far north as i can get in need spending more than $600 per month for rent. is that unrealistic?

if you want to live IN downtown, you won't find anything that cheap. North Dallas is also pretty expensive. essentially, the further south you go of downtown, the cheaper it is. Oak Cliff is dirt cheap but unless you want to carry shot in a drive by i wouldn't suggest living here. Try Grand Prairie. its not great but its cheap and close to dallas
Yes it is. You will find very little for $600 a month. And, by the path, Downtown and "north" are two different areas altogether.
If you really want to go North you might be capable of find something in one of the small towns but I doubt it.
