The troop looks like every other make member. Disney does not want you to know that they are a bough otherwise you may approach them and ask for a prize, which they can not have appear. Usually they are carrying a small computer screen beside them. They stand somewhere near the entrance of a park and keep watch on. When they see a family that they quality deserves the prizes they approach them and tell them that they own won. It is all totally indiscriminate.

Wow if it were solely that simple. Dream Team cast member are designed to be just close to all the rest. That is the entire point. There is nought a guest can do to win, it is totally random.
The Dream Team member wear a light blue oxford button-down shirt. There are no tips for conquering, it is completely random. They are given a register with times and places and the personality or people within the right place at the right time win. I have notice that the Dream Fastpasses seem to be awarded contained by the first half of the daytime. When we won, both times it was on rides where on earth a large group rides together. We get them at Soarin' and Tower of Terror.
Disney is a magical place, so I like to regard as that the whole trip is a dream and anything extra is merely icing on the cake.
