I'm italian and Ihave to go at hand in august for 3 weeks...I don't know what to do !!

My first suggestion is to bring summer clothes. It is not unusual for the temp. to be surrounded by the upper 90's to the low 100's.
Now for something fun to do..Go to the California State Fair. It is a great way to revise about the State, and the American path of life contained by General. I'm pretty sure a deep fried Twinkie is pretty knotty to find in Italy.

Hot August Nights! If you own access to a car while you're out here, you might want to bear the drive to Reno for Hot August Nights. THat is, if you're into classic and show cars and such.
Otherwise, if you're only 20 years mature, there's lots to do. Raging Waters (waterslide park) at Cal Expo, lots of diverse night clubs, stop by the malls, river rafting, and the State Fair.

oh, it is a very fun, diverse nouns of california. check out the american river and do some river rafting. tons of places that offer that.
plus, nearby are some very nice restaurants and if you are going contained by august, there should be lots of outdoor summer fair going on. sacramento is surrounded by many smaller towns, orangevale, rocklin, el dorado hill, roseville, etc. lots to do. plus, you will only be in the region of one hour's drive from the old gold ingots mining camps. jump to placerville and take an antediluvian mine tour. pan for gold ingots in the rivers and streams. hold fun!
lots of water sports too, such as hose down skiing, jetskis.
Well, you can swot a lot of history contained by Sacramento. It was the western lapse of the transcontinental railroad, and the Pony express. It's pretty close to the 1848 gold discovery verbs that set off the Gold Rush.
The California State Fair is the ending two weeks in August. Dress for extreme warmness though, it's going to be HOT.
Rafting down the American River from Sunrise bridge to Goete park is very popular, going to Old Sacramento, bicycling the trails, clubbing, the local naturist resort, lots of obedient restaurants and shopping.
Pick-up copies of the Sacramento Bee and the Sacramento News and Review for good design on what is going on.
I would agree beside the others about going rafting and to the California State Fair. In incorporation, you can go to:
-the wet park located at the fair grounds
-IMAX movie theater
-Apple Hill (about 45 minutes away from Sac)
-Old Town Sac
-Minor League Baseball activity (if playing in Aug)
-Basketball team game (if playing in Aug)
-Scandia Family Fun Center
