What is the town of sahuarita resembling? looking to buy a home here this year, is the neiborhood protected?
Answers:
Ian R is right on about Sahuarita. It is a hasty growing community. I would say it is more home orientated than senior orientated. Green Valley which is very close by is for Seniors. Sahaurita is a undisruptive area. Nice homes. Close to Tucson and the Freeway. Reasonable home prices and adjectives relatively new homes.
Such as small town? Not really, and growing incredibly fast. And anyway,
Its ONLY 20 minutes from downtown Tuscon...
Lot of retired down within.. some areas won't even let non seniors buy...
Quite locked (relative to Arizona)...
Nice area.. Hike surrounded by the Santa Ritas (Madera Canyon) nearby...
Go to artsy town of Tubac only just to your south...
Drive up to Tuscon for your concerts, movies, etc.
Drive to San Carlos, Mexico for the weekend.
Nice place.
The first contrib' is wrong: Its not between Phoenix and Tucson. Its between Tuscon and Mexico border.
saFE IT IS SUCH A SMALL TOWN I WOULDnt MOVE THERE YUCK
I have never heard of this town and so I looked on Google and it must be a TEENY TINY TOWN. It is south of Eloy between Phoenix and Tucson. I can't honestly enlighten you anything about it excluding it is probably extremely rural. I'm replying to person adage I'm wrong, it's altogether likely that I am, I freshly read the map and it gave me the information I give you!
Small town. The only agency way you give the name see how safe it is near it being a small town, ring up the police department and ask how many call for service they have have this year or last year.
