No. I denote it has it's merits, but I would not personally vote it was one of the most attractive cities "in the world"
For staters, that photo is basically a sparkling night skyline of a city-if you remove the space nozzle from the photo, it could be a photo of many plentiful cities.
And a bunch of lit buildings is NOT my idea of make-up at all.
If anything, it is more the outskirts of Seattle that enjoy beauty, close to Mount Rainier, the Cascades, Rainforest etc.
But back to your using the phrase "surrounded by the world"-sounds like you haven't travelled much as nearby are far more exquisitely beautiful places surrounded by the world. I have lived within Seattle and in masses other parts of the world and I never think of Seattle as gorgeous when compared to most other places I have be.
The Northwest definitely have beauty, but as a city itself, it's a through metropolitan U.S. city-how beautiful can it be.
well conceivably in that picture. when its bucketing its not that pretty,,, but thats seattle.. haha. but seattle does have its well brought-up points
Yes.
I've be to many parts of the world and own even lived in a few. I found lots of striking places and I'd say Seattle is up nearby with the best of them. Day or darkness, it's really beautiful.
Over the last two decades, I enjoy lived in a quantity of different cities on all sides of the US, including Seattle and I must read out that of all the US cities that I enjoy ever lived, Seattle is by far my favorite, and the one I miss the most. If ever I have the unpredictability to move there again I would not even reflect on twice. Unfortunately, money and job determine my location.

Every city have its good and bleak qualities, but even when I be driving through a poor area, the prospect still seemed so handsome as compared to the poor areas of Chicago, Houston, New York, etc. I would definitely utter that it is one of the most, if not the most, good-looking city in the US.
Seattle have nice new buildings, economically enough, but the definite beauty is its setting and surroundings. Elliot Bay and Puget Sound to the west, next the Olympic Mountains... Lake Washington to the east, then the foothills and the Cascade Mountains... view of 14000 foot tall Mt Rainier from almost anywhere, and peekaboo view of Mt Baker. Ferries, farms, forest, lake, the Sound, mountains on both sides. Plus in the summer, during the dry season (now to in the region of September) unlike Europe or the East Coast it's really dry air so the visibility is regularly over 50 or 100 miles- Mt Rainier is 65 miles from Seattle and seems close to it is hovering a moment ago over the next mound. At our northern latitude (47 degrees, the northernmost main city in the lower 48), the heavens and light enjoy a special quality that have to be seen to be believed.

The nearest competitors are Vancouver BC and Juneau Alaska. Juneau is a small town but the location and nature are astounding. Vancouver is in the region of Seattle's size but similar in copious of the ways discussed above.

Come visit!
Yes, Seattle is categorically one of the most beautiful cities within the world. It has the full collection. A city(for starters!), the ocean and the mountains! What more could you ask for? Mt. Rainier is among the finest sights I enjoy ever seen. Seattle is also a fundamentally walkable city making the beauty stand out more. It is a particularly livable city. The Cascade Mountains can be viewed from almost any where on earth on a clear day. The citizens in Seattle are also awesome! Layed rear and relaxed. Perfect in my inference. Definitely an amazing city!
Pretty picture, but adjectives towns look pretty with adjectives the lights.
I prefer old European towns, where on earth the houses next to respectively other might differ 500 years in building date, where on earth the people looking out of the pane at the top floor can talk beside people on the street.
Villages are even better, I enjoy seen a few surrounded by England and France that must be the most pretty in the world, different from respectively other, but so nice to see.
