Can I take the meto train, or bus to seattle washington, and could you communicate me about how to reserve, or where on earth to reserve hostels in Washington D.C.

Ummm, very well a trip between Seattle and D.C. would be a long one unless you fly since they are on opposite sides of the country. As far as hotels within D.C., I would go to Alexandria Virginia. The hotels would be cheaper, and it is lone a few miles south of D.C. which could be traveled using the local transit system. The sysem includes both buses and the rail.
