Van rental contained by Phx,AZ for drivers underneath 21?
Some friends and I are interested in a Van Rental for 5 days during spring break. The problem? We're adjectives 20, every company we have be able to find have age requirements of 21 or 25, anyone know of any rental services that will cater to drivers under 21? Do such companies exist?

The only road you will be able to rent a van from a rental vehicle company is to be in the military and travelling beneath government advice (then it's 18+ y/o).
No company will rent a car, truck or van to somebody lower than the age of 21. It just won't take place.
I tried to find one a few years ago and I couldn't. As far as I know, adjectives rental companies only rent to drivers 25+, some rent to 21+ beside an additional insurance payment.

Why don't you just fly, that'll fix your problem and try looking into an adjectives inclusive spring break vacation they are other the best option and by far the most affordable. Here is a blog entry that help me out they show several options for abundant destinations starting at under $100.

I reflect I found one, check this one and see if they do. This is what it says contained by their terms and conditions:
Underage
Minimum age for renting a vehicle is 18.
The fees for underage renters are as follows:
$15.00/day: 21 - 24 years feeble renting non-specialty vehicles (see FAQs)
$25.00/day: 18 - 20 years prehistoric renting non-specialty vehicles (see FAQs)
$30.00/day: 18 - 24 years old-fashioned renting specialty vehicles (see FAQs)
$10.00/day: 18 - 24 years dated renting with Corporate accounts for any vehicle class.
Underage Drivers are not permitted to rent Luxury Vehicles.
