Travelling to seattle by boat?
hi i am moving to seattle and i am takin my dog but i dont want to go by plane i want to turn by boat but i can't find anything. i am living in germany at the minute but i can smoothly drive to a place in europe that a boat will budge from. can someone please help me?

There aren't exactly many boatlines that shift between Seattle and the German coastline on the Nordsee or Ostsee. I live within Germany too and know that it is possible to take the train adjectives the way to China or Japan from Germany, if one could find hall from there to westcoast USA this would be a possible non-flying route to Seattle.
As for regular cruiseships, the QE2 is going China/Japan to LA contained by mid-March, but it is impossible to get from Germany to Hongkong, Shanghai or Osaka within time at this point (visa for China and Russia take ages). And this is the with the sole purpose sailing on this route that I can find on the cruiseship sites.
Are you aware that Seattle is on the West coast of the United States? We're over 5,000 miles from you! To to obtain here by boat you'd end up contained by New York and then still enjoy to drive or fly to the other side of the country. Unless you go through the Panama Canal but you're chitchat about a mission that would take probably weeks to a month and cost you a fortune!
Well, I would think you're going to own to take a boat to somewhere on the east coast similar to New York or Boston, then travel to Seattle from nearby. You've still got 3000+ miles to cover over ground, though...at some point you're probably going to enjoy to get on a plane.
well if you run by boat it will be one long hell of a journey and could be unbelievably expensive if you want to save money budge by plane your dog will be able to come near you aswell plus its alot cheaper and quicker i know this because im moving to toronto canada soon
