Long Island to Queens Hospital Center?

I need directions going by public transport to Queens Hospital Center surrounded by Jamaica (82-68 164th St N705 Jamaica, NY 11432). I researched it on google and saw that I could take the LIRR to Jamaica station and afterwards walk? Is in that a better way? ANy metro station?--i saw Parsons blvd metrostation is close by. If anyone know the line i should whip in jamaica that would be great. Or is it simply a short walk? The drive is 8 minutes so Im thinking that's not too far, is it? I'll be surrounded by heels though...heeheehee. Thanks in mortgage!

Take the LIRR to Jamaica. Board the Q65. It'll take you straight nearby (the hospital will be on the left). The trip on the Q65 will take 20 minutes.
