Best and cheapest grocery store contained by Detroit Mi?
I live in Windsor, going to detroit to stir grocery shopping for Thanksgiving. Which one is the cheapest and best grocery store? close to tunnel or bridge.

Haven't found anything to be cheap contained by Detroit! Go down to Toledo if you feel approaching driving, they're pretty cheap on food.
Eastern Market in downtown Detroit have a lot of fresh food next to good prices.
It will be best if you shop in Windsor. The Markets within Detorit are all poorly run and charge outrageous prices. Don't seize me wrong, there are A FEW biddable ones around, but they're few and far between. Indian Village Market on Jefferson near Belle Isle is one. Glory Supermarket is another. Also, the Honey Bee Market contained by Mexican Village is another. So is the University Food Center on the WSU campus.
However, if you can stand the "No Frills" markets, Aldi's or Save-A-Lot will be your best bet for cheap food and perfect running stores.
since there is not ONE big secure grocery store in detorit since Farmer Jack Left, i'd say aloud Foodland on W. 8 mile (south field city limits).
