Is it past the worst to give somebody a lift the bus during the evening contained by Phoenix?
My plane arrives at Phoenix at 9:30 pm and the bus is the cheapest way to travel to my hotel (which is on Mc Dowell Rd). But I wonder if it's safe to help yourself to the bus that late?
Do you focus it would be better if I took a cab? How much would the hackney carriage cost me approximately?

Cabs contained by Phoenix are not like other cities, you can budge a short distance and still end up paying a small fortune. Most of what you hear nearly riding the bus is exaggerated. A lot of times there are not heaps riders at night and the driver is constantly monitoring for any unusual amusement. Your pretty safe taking the bus.
mcdowell area is riskier than the bus
I don't enjoy the answer because I don't live in Phoenix. But, Good luck within your travels!! I would say don't run the bus in any most important city that late at darkness. Call a cab DON'T run a cab parked outside the airport because here have be kidnappings like that. Call one!
It take less time surrounded by a cab. or embezzle a Super Shuttle it only cost me $20 bucks one time to shift 30 miles on Super Shuttle.
Phoenix is not as bad as family make it out to be.The bus from the airport to McDowell Rd is a 8 minute trip, you should be fine. J
It is safe to pilfer one of the cabs that is parked at sky harbor. Look for a license plate specifically blue with clouds, they run alternative fuels and specifically the only type of minicab that is supposed to be in attendance. DO NOT TAKE THE BUS. They stop running at 10 and you could find yourself back at the bus terminal.
minicab will run you about 20.00 but it is worth it a bit than fight the scariness on the bus
Yes, it is relatively safe to purloin the Red Line bus from the Airport assuming that your Hotel is on East Mc Dowell Road (just east of Central Ave.)?However, if it's located on West Mc Dowell I would definitely whip a cab or the Super Shuttle (cheaper). The closing Red Line bus, I think, departs for the downtown nouns around 11:30 PM. A cab will cost you close to $30 plus a tip so I'd opt for the Super Shuttle leeway if you want to be 100% safe and that's usually going on for $20.

Take a cab. It's not far and it'll be faster if the Hotel is on the Streets (East of Central Ave) and not contained by the Avenues (West of Central Ave.).
