What are the obedient & doomed to failure areas/neighborhoods surrounded by Dallas?

I also would like to know why. I a moment ago want to get different empire input. Me and my wife and family thinking just about relocating for a new experience.

Just close to any person, I want some to ellaborate on the errand market, crimes(streets to avoid), flawless churches in what nouns or what you recommended. I also like to know roughly the public school system. I fathom out some of these issues may not be of interest in your energy. For exp. If someone doesn't hasn't children or they out of the house. You probably don't know about the academy system

Answers:
Highland park
Frisco
Arlington
are all honourable but the houses are to expensive.
well near is a really good neighborhood contained by Royal lane but there is a street that seperates and it turns from in control neighborhood to well, not so worthy.
but there is a honest neighborhood that has apposite housing (plenty of houses to choose from) I believe it is from royal lane to Northhaven... i like the neighborhood, it is detached and not a high crime rate.school are very devout...
The school system, hmm i do know just about the DISD I go to a giant school but the best elementary school are
1.E.L DeGolyer
2. Withers
3. Marcus
Middle schools
Marsh middle
Cary (dont recommend this school) (alot of drug use)
High Schools
W.t white
tomas Jefferson
,very well you can go to www.dallasisd and find out more info.
People dont close to these schools in the main because they hear bad rumiors but i hold been to profusely of these schools and i can honestly say-so that they provide a good nurture. I have be a straight a student, and the schools might not be the most modern looking but they enjoy good TAKS score and they try thier hardest to make us take to mean a lot.
The streets to ingnore is harry hines, predominantly thats is alll i can think of...i dont drive on the other hand so.
I dont know much on the job souk. well within are a lot of churches here.
hope i help out a bit
Instead of streets to avoid, at hand are entire sections of Dallas you want to avoid. West, South and parts of East Dallas are not safe. Dallas north of Northwest Highway and Highland Park and University Park are the safest.
In 2005, the up-to-the-minute year for which figures are available, Dallas have the third-highest crime rate among cities of at least 500,000 (the crimes the FBI tabulate include murder, rape, assault, robbery, burglary, vehicle theft and other theft like burglary of a vehicle). Los Angeles and New York are not 1 and 2.
The nouns is littered with churches, they are almost on every corner. There are moderately a few large churches on Northwest Highway and within is the gigantic Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano. When you see it you will ponder it's a sports arena it is so large.
The best school are going to be in the northern chunk of the metroplex. Frisco, Richardson, Plano, Trophy Club. In addition to Highland Park. Keep your kids out of Dallas school.
The job flea market is usually ok. High tech, banking and airline related job are in surplus.
I agree with "dallas princess"
Good Arlington, Richardson, Plano,and Garland.

Bad. South Oak Cliff and the Henry HInes nouns
The Northern suburbs in Dallas are the best areas.

Plano, Richardson, Frisco, Carrollton, Lewisville..Highland Park is virtuous too but it isn't near the other ones.

They own the best school districts within Dallas. Crime isn't too bad and in attendance many nice neighborhoods.
North suburbs similar to Plano, Frisco, Richardson is the best bet for the middle -upper middle income, professional family near children. The public schools are excellent, crime is low, virtuous shopping etc...

If wealthy the Highland Park nouns is fantastic, great school, and close to downtown and culture, museums, theaters, restaurants, etc...

If luxurious and can afford private schools...Preston Hollow is also fantastic, and close within to the city.

If middle-upper middle class...and can afford private school...north Dallas neighborhoods inside I 635 between Midway and I-75 are especially nice too..however, they go to the Dallas public school, which are bad...so the private school would be a must.

Also, Addison is fantastic...it is the closest in suburb to the city...it have newer homes...great restaurants, bars, theaters, shopping...10-15 minutes from everything...airport, downtown, Plano...great location...but, again, they shift to Dallas schools, so private conservatory would be a must.

Fort Worth is nice.but, a 20-30 minute drive from the urban center of Dallas...Fort Worth has more of a small town perceive..and has some great ammenities...but, it is not urban at adjectives.

Coppell and Grapevine, also has some thoroughly nice areas, with fitting public schools...and are merely 20-30 minutes from downtown Dallas...

I would avoid most other suburbs...while they are very affordable...they are amazingly red-neck...the schools are better than Dallas, but, still not markedly good.places resembling Irving, Mesquite, etc...not good...unless you are name Bubba and have few artistic teeth...

Also, south Dallas Oak Cliff, has superb old homes and architecture...but, it is a transitional nouns...and many projects and piece 8 homes are located here.and the crime rate is terrible.

Another virtuous area is Lakewood...gorgeous older homes...close by White Rock Lake...near downtown...again, you would want private schools...and the homes are upper middle class.

Job flea market in Dallas is better than most of the country...heaps companies relocate here for the tax benefits.

Tech job are going to be found primarily in the northern suburbs, Plano etc... as very well as professional jobs...which will be found within both downtown Dallas and northern suburbs.

Grapevine, Coppell will be airport/transportation/manufacturing jobs

Oh churches...greatly of Baptist churches all over the place.Prestonwood contained by Plano is the largest Southern Baptist Church in the country, I believe...and it is a huge complex...however, hugely, very conservative.

The great entity about Dallas is that it is so huge...you can find a neighborhood, a church, restaurants, etc...adjectives that will cater to you and your lifestyle...

Best of luck to you
avoid S Dallas! and some of oak cliff!
the only crime i enjoy seen is a gunfight within oak cliff and im a security gaurd
