Rio's Carnival World Buffet Question?

Has anyone been to the Carnival World Buffet for lunch? Do they serve most of impossible to tell apart things they serve for dinner? I'm really only concerned more or less the seafood and sushi. I've been to the buffet for dinner back and love it but would like to collect some $$ if I can get what i want for lunch opposing dinner.

Lunch and dinner are about alike. Do a late lunch (around 2:30) right formerly the price changes, and you can droop out for a while.
