Disney College Program/Internship?
When you go to the interview should you be dressed up or dispassionate?
What kind of question do they ask you in the interview?
What are they looking for?
What are they not looking for?
And is it unforced to get into, or are they looking for a specific considerate of person?
Thanks =D

YES, dress professionally (i.e. slacks, dress shirt and tie for men and a skirt, dress, or slacks and a nice top for women and dress shoes). Disney requires that you dress in professional attire when you train near them so they will expect the same curtosy at your interview. It also showcases you economically in that you made an challenge. They mainly ask you question about yourself! What your hobbies are, where on earth you see yourself in 10 years, which work you are pursuing, etc... They typically look for up-beat, hard-working students who will construct a difference in the live's of guests at the Walt Disney World Resort. They are not looking for slackers, - or students next to a grade point average which is smaller number than a 2.5. The program is fairly comfortable to get into, and no they do not hire simply one specific type of person, but adjectives backgrounds and interests are agreed.

My son did the interview. He be unable to run to the one at the school because within were so heaps ppl doing it so he called them to do the interview. They in recent times asked what he was majoring contained by. How he felt he could promote Disney etc. It be very supporting. They liked him and considered necessary him to do it this semester but he had to decline it because his Grandmother died. They be ok with it and offered him a position when he could do it again. We are going to Disney surrounded by May and they would like to show him around while he is here.
If you are going to the interview I would be cleaned cut if you area guy and dress nice. Not contained by a suit of anything just average casual clothes. If you shift to the website they gave you it will enjoy all the info you will stipulation as far as how you are expected to look if hired by Disney...
Good luck
I did the WDW CP, and I LOVED it! A lot of my best friends I own today are from the College Program!
I would reccomend going clean cut (no earrings or tatoos showing), wear some nice clothes, and be immensely personable!
DO IT! DREAM IT! DISNEY!
My friend works for Disney and trains these internship students. He say what they are looking for it clean ably spoken happy population.
Patience is a useful talent. he says to be honest and friendly at the interview. To remember they are humans to and you adjectives start somewhere. To dress smartly but not over the top.
Hope this helps..
