Florida residents next to sunpass violation?!?
I'm having to disagree 12 different violations within 3 different counties (that I don't even live in) because I had soon of a faulty sunpass during a trip from Orlando to Miami. I never received anything within the mail from sunpass, nor did I receive any tickets surrounded by the mail from the 3 different counties. I individual found our because I got some advertisement in the communication from traffic lawyers, and call them out of curiosity to see why. My license was individual a week away from being suspended! Now, I'm aggression for $1500 worth of tickets, so many points that my license will be suspended anyway if I don't scuffle them, and I'm having to help yourself to time off from work and institution to go to 3 different court date if 3 different counties! I want to know how many those are having this problem, because I've read on the internet that it's become big. Also, if you fought it surrounded by court, did you win?
For anyone who has a sunpass, better telephone call and check your account. I'm never using my sunpass again!

All Sunpass models enjoy a light that go on and the Sunpass will beep if it is not unsound as you drive through the Sunpass lane. What I'm trying to understand is..why you continued to drive through these lane all the route to Miami when your Sunpass would have clearly not be working properly. I do agree that it's wrong that they didn't mail you any notice or fines to bring the issue to your attention sooner, though. I'm surprised because I get notice in the letters that the battery surrounded by my Sunpass is low on power. Before that, I didn't even know they could tell that the mobile is low! Chances are, if you hire a traffic lawyer to represent you, you will win. You will still own to pay attorney fees, but it will be seriously less than the fines and the price of adjectives those points on your license. I've used them to fight two tickets I get and the tickets were dismissed. Be reliable in the adjectives and good luck.
I hold a sunpass and it did not work for a little bit because the mobile was out. I get a few tickets in the messages about $400 worth but adjectives you have to do is ring who ever gave you the ticket convey them you have a sunpass bequeath them information and they just charge the toll to your sunpass and near is no more ticket. So I dont know what your problem is.
