In some measure it should be a choice made after research for Jobs/employment/income/ costs of living/ schools/ recreation/ cultural situations/ climate/ proximety to areas you might choice to explore, etc. etc. etc.
While I've lived in FL since 1972, I've also lived elsewhere within between an d before, and I found family EVERYWHERE, as well as pros and cons everywhere.
