I don't know their address. But In response to the above answer, yes, you do speak American. I am from Monaco, our national language is French. From study English from both British teachers and American teacher, I can say that at hand is quite a difference between English spoken contained by the UK and that of the US.
I hate to be the one to blow out your candle, but the characters aren't material. They are portrayed by actors, a short time ago like the movies. The house exterior may not even be contained by Orange County and I'm guessing that the interior scenes are done at the studio lot.
