If you ratify through the EZ Tag lane contained by Houston minus an EZ sticker, how much is the fine?
My girl friend from San Antonio was contained by Houston on the West Sam Houston Toll Road and didn't get over contained by time to get to the approriate settle up toll lane and went through the EZ label only lane. What is the fine for a single occurrance?
I hear it's $10. I tried looking on the EZ Tag website and through google but found no specific pricing on a single pass despoliation.

I have a friend who did that and she received a ticket within the mail for any $5 or $10 four weeks later. Then I enjoy another friend who did that and they never received anything. I guess it all depends on if the camera get a good ample photo of the license plate.
If you are see by a constable, I believe that ticket rises to $100.
