I want move to Venice. Which areas of Venice are less and which are more expensive to live? I want to rent some small bungalow or some bachleror or studio?

everywhere in CA is expensive.
venice is simply a small suburb of LA along the beach. i disgust to be a downer, but it is all expensive. homes are small. apartments smaller. lots of homeless peep. it's not the greatest/safest area. you might want to investigate living within santa monica first. it's a larger beach city next to more apartment rent fluctuations. but i dont think you will find much underneath $1200 month. these cities are rent controlled tho, so if you can sublet something from someone then you could be surrounded by luck! but that's a long shot.
