As soon as Granholm and Kilpatrick took office it seem as if Michigan and Detroit have gone down at a awfully high rate. I miss the traditional rich white masculine in the bureau. We need someone to exchange Michigan as soon as possible.

Michigan was screwed when Engler be in bureau. It didn't help when he robbed Michigan's Emergency vindication dry and when he closed many of the largest mental services, releasing many of them onto Detroit's already deteriorating streets. So Michigan be already bad past Granholm came into department. However, so was Detroit up to that time Kwame came into department.

I think Kilpatrick have done a very biddable job contained by his second term. He is starting to swot up a little bit. I denote anything would have be better than his first term.
Granholm have been undeniably terrible since morning one.
You cant blame Detroit on Kwame (it was worse back he stepped in) but you can blame Michigan on Granholm.
