What is a worthy place to find rental houses north of Dallas? Somewhere around Mckinney or Allen.?

Go farther north to Sherman and you might receive lower rent; or go northeast to Greenville.

agreed near the above, Allen and McKinney you won't find cheap rent houses.. you can also go farther East towards the Murphy, Wylie, Rockwall, Sachse nouns.. you can find some decent homes for rent surrounded by that area... My rental is 600 2 bed 2 hip bath. just depends what you are looking for.
