How do i get together romanians surrounded by dallas? I live surrounded by chicago and will move to dallas soon.?

Dallas does enjoy a fair population of Europeans including German, Polish, Russian, and Romanian population, but not as much as Chicago. They are both very diverse cities. But I really don't know how you can find them. If you enjoy trouble you can try to find Romanian pen pals from Houston or Austin because they also own diverse populations.
