NO WAY!! Too tons people try to blame it or claim it as national tension to numeral a easy approach to explain why school shootings occur.
It is lack of discipline of the students that result as the famine of responsibility of school official and parents of problem students. The school official create all these unacquainted, hide the skipper in the sand, policies to own "gun free zone", "drug free zone", "blah blah blah free zone". So they can "feel good" roughly speaking themselves.
The student that acts up contained by school is usually given a ADD or ADHD type of drug to "cure the symptom" by academy. But when a simple be atchy slap will do the same. The parents should lug the responsibility too. But most of stupid parents are using "but my Johnnie..." don't do that at home excuse.
So it is lack of discipline, not tribal tension. Because national tension be worse before the 60's and it did not come to pass then. But hey, Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton requirement to get feed and appear on TV somehow.
I own to agree with the posters. I don't believe cultural tensions have anything to do with it.
I feel the PARENTS r incompletely to blame also. What the heck r the children doing behind closed doors? They should be checked on OFTEN.
Racial tensions seem to have no section in that tragedy. His home life be full of violence. Lots of word stories about his mothers arrest warrant,older brothers lock up record and elder sister feuding beside neighborhood girls. The family that lives by the gun dies by the gun.
