I was wondering if anyone lived within and could give me a broad layout of the city. What the weather's like, different stores, landmark, tourist-y places to go.

i live rite out side it. the wealther is cold and changeable most the time except in the summer. and some places to move about are the space needle, the EMP, northgate shopping arcade, South Center, the pike place market. etc. :)
Anyone who is from Seattle will give an account you that it rains adjectives the time. That's because we are trying to discourage people from moving here. It's fine to pop in, just don't stay. Yes, it does rainfall 9 months out of the year. Yes, the traffic here really sucks. But people still want to be here because of the proximity to mountains, deep-sea, outdoor activities and urban lifestyles. That's why it's so popular.
They hold the same malls and stores that you'll find contained by most west coast cities. But they also have the Puget nouns, the San Juan Islands, Mt. Rainier, Mt. Baker, Lake Washington, and all the other great unprocessed resources in the nouns. Citysearch is a great resource for tourist locations. Have a nice visit.
the weather is so weird here its not even funny... it rain alot here so yeah if u plan to live here be prepared... but summer times are super hot...

i live in west Seattle. very well right now the weather is really nice...very well not like contained by the summer nice, but nice for the time of year! And it actually does not precipitation as much as some people utter! they just complain abundantly i guess. Uh.well the stores are only just like any other place really. and for environment marks! resourcefully there is the space nozzle, mt.Rainier, and yeah. touristy places i guess would be the space needle, uh...capably i don't really think of Seattle as that much of a tourist's place so i can't muse of any places at the moment! i hope this helped! so yeah, bye!
I currently live contained by Seattle. The weather here is actually pretty lukewarm. It doesn't get too cold and it doesn't receive too hot. It does rain profusely, although not in the comportment you would think. Its sort of resembling a constant drizzle, and spotty showers. It is often overcast during the winter months. The spring and summer are extremely nice, it doesn't get specifically hot, and its very charming.
As far as the city goes most of the tourist attractions resembling the Space Needle, Experience Music Project, duck tours, aquarium, etc. are in the Belltown/Queen Anne neighborhoods, which is close to downtown. You can also totter easily to Pike's Place Market on the waterfront from downtown (also referred to as city center). If you are visit its probably a good hypothesis to stay in the downtown nouns, you can take the monorail from city center to the Seattle Center and call on the space needle, and hop on a duck tour. Also steal a tour of the House Boats on Lake Washington, and don't forget to visit the Pike's marketplace.
