How come some populace don't want to live contained by california?
Alot of people sayed they would not resembling to live in calisfornia, but within california there is approaching good weather and resembling its next to the the deep. So is it like expensive or something?
Answers:
It's not just that parts of CA are expensive, it's that they are VERY expensive relative to local incomes. So housing affordability is poor. My wife did not similar to all the driving involved...you own to drive to get ANYthing. And so as a result I deliberate she felt smaller quantity of a sense of community than she does here in NYC. Me, I am a San Diego original, so I was thankful living there. D
Definetely the cost of the housing is biggest idea I think. Its fundamentally expensive to own your own home. Most people want to own their own place, not live within an apartment their whole enthusiasm.
scandolously expensive
appropriate weathe rbut risk of earthquakes is not my cup of tea
and adjectives the forest fires you hear most of their areas have as okay
many places enjoy tropical weather and are near volcanoes that may or may not erupt contained by the near adjectives but I still would not risk it for some days in the sun
Southern California is an awesome place to live but it is very expensive to live here. You enunciate you want to live in Orange County, virtuous luck and I hope you have a correct job, it is totally expensive. If you plan to move here, try other counties like Riverside or San Bernardino. They are further from LA but much cheaper to live.
Let's see
Fires
Earthquakes
Mud Slides
Blackouts
That's plenty reasons for me.
California is expensive.
California has earthquake regularly.
California has an ACTOR as it's governor (again!).
California have the worst traffic jams surrounded by the nation.
California has more lawyer and more homeless people per capita than any other state.
California's budget is out of wack, suggesting taxes will verbs to increase faster than the rest of the country.
In polls, Californians that rate California as "the best place to live" has decline steadily from 78% in 1985 to around 33% today.
But it's a free country, you live where on earth you want!
Because it's expensive, crowded, and California puts a ton of restrictions on everything from cars to remodeling your home. I hope this is beneficial.
If you want to believe the stereotypes from ignorant folks, be in motion right ahead and stay where you are at. However, you'll find California have a lot to contribute. But it comes at a price.
Sure, we have great weather. But the freeways are horrifying. Yes, it's expensive. But I, for one, am willing to repay the expense. I'll never have to shovel snow from my driveway. Ever. Never enjoy to salt the sidewalk. Or board up my window in preparation for a hurricane, as Trevor P "Mr Florida" substandard to mention. Yes, there are earthquake, but the last trunk quake was contained by 1997. How many hurricanes have Florida had during that time? 10 or more? I similar to the odds surrounded by California better.
Some people can't pocket the traffic, the smog, and the "fake people" that exist here. To them, I right to be heard goodby and good luck, beside no ill ambience. Once you live here, you will see that there are so plentiful more "real people", and you can overlook the deceptive ones.
To oodles bad earthquake.
it's pricey, but it has A LOT to volunteer. Best public university system in the nation.
as for the mudslides, that be only la jolla (where I live) and it be pretty isolated. You'll only catch mudslides in the really mountainous areas or coastal cities similar to la jolla or malibu where it's be over-developed and people hold been stupid in the order of where to build homes. Yeah in attendance are fires, but that's only contained by the areas that are near greatly of brush. I lived in the outer suburbs LA (pasadena) for 18 years and I've never be affected by the fires (except possibly the air quality)
traffic sucks, the freeways can be HORRIBLE, but merely be smart about when you drive. I penny-pinching, come on, 4-7 is rush hour, we all know that.
California have some of the best universities contained by the nation, from big science and research schools close to UCLA, Cal, UCSD, Stanford, and Caltech to small liberal arts colleges like Claremont McKenna, Pomona, and harvey mudd (engineering school) to participant schools approaching Loyola Marymount and San Diego State.
houses here are really expensive, but it's the cost of living in such a wonderful state. rent is expensive too, expect to income around 900-1,500 a month, depending on where you live (single bedroom apt.).
very expensive but California is a nice state to live contained by
Well gee, could it be the fires, earthquakes and mudslides keeping society from wanting to move there? That's around enough to maintain me away.
California is a Beautiful state but it's exceedingly different living in California because we hold different rules from other states and our house costs are extreme! It's Like a Different Country! i've heard relatives are tired of the illegals taking over the state which are taking people's jobs away. Also various people don't resembling the crime that is growing and how it's particularly polluted and crowded. Something that scares oodles people to Live contained by California is all the Fires within Southern California that are said to be done by People! of course you wouldn't want to live within danger, so that's why ancestors would move somewhere else.
Yes it's expensive the minimum wage keep getting higher approaching now is $8 an hour other states is $4 an hour. Rent here for a small 1 bedroom apt is approaching $8OO-$1,000 or even more. Taxes are high too! Houses are extraordinarily expensive to buy even if you are buying in Compton is close to a million dollars immediately imagine by Bevery Hills! Yes the weather is nice sometimes but it's to hot & you dont really have a feeling the whole cool holiday spirit. Traffic is crazy too! I live 5 minutes away from work & it take me 15-20 minutes sometimes because of traffic. Im just speaking from LA I dont know in the order of the other great cities in California.
I have have family move out of Calif. because they could not aford the housing here.
I hold lived in the Los Angeles nouns for 35yrs now. I love it here, so much to do. I be lucky enough to buy a house back the house doubled in meaning. There is so much to do and see. I agree that Orange County is pricey.
People tend not to resembling to live in California because it's terribly very expensive.
I would love to live in California, but the cost of living is astronomical. I'm not fairly sure how people afford to buy homes or even wage rent! It is a very magnificent state, though. My favorite city is San Diego.
It is too crowded/
I live in CA. I can't believe how copious people said they didn't want to live here because of earthquake. Minor earthquakes aren't feel by anyone, and it is a good sign when we hold them routinely. That means in attendance is less of a chance of a big one occurring. I lived in the Bay Area contained by 1989 and experienced the 7.1 EQ. It was still not a object to leave such a lovely nouns.
I think like mad of people hold stereotypes of CA and its different cities. They want the nice weather, palm trees (in S. CA), great architecture in N. Ca, full-bodied lifestyle, etc. but they think it is impossible, too expensive, etc. So, they slam it instead.
That is okay. One of the desperate parts is there are too copious cars/people.
Well, for starters, there's the earthquakes, next there's the mudslides, then don't forget the wildfires, rock slides, giant cost of living, and no seasons to speak of.
