Answers:
Your ask is quite subjective. You will go and get many suggestions but solely you can make the final edict. There is no perfect place but some places are indubitably better than others, As such, I suggest you check Money Magazine’s Best Places to Live in the U.S. and by state at the links below.
BEST PLACES surrounded by U.S.A. for 2007

You can also input your own parameters surrounded by the box to the right on the above web page and see what cities / towns pop up.
BY STATE / CITY:
Click on any town or city contained by the list for a clickable map, the city’s demographics, repose, education, crime rates, etc. I started you stale in Tennessee with the sole purpose because you live there, not because you want to stay in attendance.

In short, this will require a little research on your element. No one can or should tell you where on earth YOU should live. You know your circumstances better than any of us. I hope you find it!
Are you in college?
OTOH, you are living in a state beside no state income tax and the weather probably isn't any worse than any other state surrounded by middle America. I've lived in NY and Calif and it can be a short time ago as boring, just more expensive. Milk, bread and eggs are duplicate all over, simply priced differently. Ppl all over do one and the same thing-- go to movies, scrutinize cable tv and go to the shopping precinct. I know that some ppl say that some cities are great bc you can move about to the opera or symphony, but seriously, how masses ppl REALLY to to the opera/symphony? Maybe you can find more things to do in a bigger city surrounded by TN like Memphis or Nashville. I be in Memphis not long and it was really nice anyone in a indisputable American city with regular American food and not have to say to ppl: "please speak English."If you want to look in or move to another city, it's up to you. NY is a nice city to visit (lots of activities), but you will own to decide if you want to live within. Many New Yorkers wouldn't live anywhere else, but OTOH, there are New Yorkers who move out bc it is purely too expensive.
The Bay Area is the best place to live in but its also one of the most expensive. They hold the most beautiful mountains, rivers, valley, ocean, fjord in the USA. Cleanest cities contained by the world and highest paying job. Perfect weather year round and you would never run out of things to do with 3 highest cities all contained by one area (San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland) and Santa Cruz sand and boardwalk and all the best food surrounded by the country and so many choices. Im not even from near but I lived there for 5 years and Ive lived within PA, FL, NY and CA and its definately the best place to live. San Francisco was rate by Forbes magazine as highest characteristic of life (basically money you will live happier, have more option and just adjectives around more bang for your buck) and San Jose be rated as lowest crime rate for any city of its size. Ebay, Google, Yahoo, Cisco, Apple adjectives chose to start their companies there for honest reasons. They enjoy more diversity than any other area too. Asians, Mexicans,Indians, Native Americans, Whites, Blacks adjectives living together equally.
