Does anyone know when they close the Watts Street entrance to the Holland Tunnel from West Street?
During rush hour they block off the talent to turn right onto Watts Street when going north on West Street to enter the Holland Tunnel. I am trying to find out when they close this off.

They don't really close the street but you can't come and brand name a overturn. There is a lane in which you enjoy to be in instruct to turn into holland tunnel and there is a cop here 90% of the time. So just bear it easy and dally on line.
Can't you check near the Port Authority? I can't tell you, I'm 3,000 miles away ;-)
