Cost of living surrounded by Phoenix?
After estimating everything I've come to the estimated sum of paying $1,640 a month to live in Phoenix is this a bit high-ranking or is it too low?

It depends on what you want. You can find apartments to rent for $700 easily, and later upwards to $1200 a month depending on the area, the size and how nice they are. If you're looking to buy, at hand are new houses anyone built in developing areas that are going for $180k - $230k. I a short time ago bought a 1500 sq ft house last year contained by a nice, already-developed area and it be $237k.
That truly depends on how cold your like your place, the lower you set your thermostat, the greater the energy bill...and that's not cheap. How far are you driving to work? I would be surprised if anyone could live on $1,640 a month unless you are living surrounded by a one bedroom apartment and are single?
i am a single mother living surrounded by phoenix and i absoluetly refuse to live surrounded by or near the ghetto and i enjoy found renting a house is going to be the cheapest bet. (sometimes cheaper than renting an apartment) you can find a big house for 1200/1400 month (4bd 2bt). you might drive a little ways but i am out a bit bit but still close enough that everything i requirement is no more than ten minutes away! Good luck! its spendy but not impossible! If you are single and looking for something small there are alot of wearing clothes apartments in glendale (2bd 2bt) for around 600 month!!
I think to be precise low...versus if you lived in Los Angeles!! I merely found a one bedroom cottage (House) for $661.00 a month with the sewer, river and trash and cable being remunerated. All I have to settle up is my electricity and phone. Plus all the other things..groceries, gas, renters insurance.
I hold been living surrounded by Rancho Cucamonga, California with my grandmother for the closing 2 1/2 years. We pay $1648.00 for a 3 bedroom apartment and that does not include any utilities, our groceries, renters insurance or any money for frivolous or fun!! Figure that one out!! I hope that helps!!
