Las Vegas to Utah?

We are going to America sometime soon and when we are in Las Vegas I want to travel to Utah for a day to call round best friends Animal sanctuary (we donate a lot in attendance and it is my favourite shelter on this planet.)
How far is it by vehicle from Vegas to Utah?

Utah is a very considerable state, and it would be hard to answer minus knowing the city.

It is only roughly speaking 90 minutes from Las Vegas to the state line of Utah, and with the sole purpose a couple of hours to St. George, UT, but much further to other cities.

It's a bit like asking "How far is it from Portland to California".

It's anywhere from 4 to 48 hours depending on where on earth in the state you are going.

If your friend's animal sanctuary is in the vicinity the Arizona/Utah state line, the it would probably pilfer you two hours.

If it's in Salt Lake City, you are looking at around 7 hours each mode. (Not a viable day trip)

If it's anywhere else, we would requirement more information.

Kanab is about 4 hours from Vegas. It's within a fairly remote nouns.

It's about 215 miles (350 Kilometers) by road.

Part of the origin it takes so long is because you'll own to take a smaller two lane highway for the slice of the trip (instead of a major Interstate), but the desert location is nice.

Probably pushing it just for a moment hard for sometime (it is a lot of driving), but if you resign from early contained by the morning, spend 4 hours at the shelter, then boss back ... it could be a viable afternoon trip.
It's going to take roughly three hours driving to get to Kanab from downtown Vegas. You'll travel through Virgin River Canyon within Arizona to the Utah line and St. George on Interstate 15, later east at Toquerville on state highway 17 to state highway 9. Follow 9 east to US highway 89 south.
