How long does it take to catch to UB from NYC and what trains are there to hold?

I'd voice about 8 hours whether you drive or filch Amtrak. Amtrak really sucks when you go up that style. I took it to Rochester once and thought I would have to annihilate myself, it was that unpromising.

My friend, there are 2 trains that departs from New York-Penn Station to Buffalo, The Maple Leaf and The Emprire Service. The entire trip pinch about 8 hours, so pack a flawless reading material and you patients.

Driving from NYC to Buffalo usually takes me 7 hours, depending on how you drive. I took the amtrak from Buffalo to Poughkeepsie and it took I don`t know 6 hours so add an hour or so for NYC. The train ride is really fun too, you see seriously of Hudson Valley area you never see from the road.
