Oregon article of the pacific crest trail?
A friend and i are thinking of doing from the southern border of Oregon to just over bridge of the god and we would like to know if post food drops are necessary contained by this section or will we find the local stores be plenty? Also is there long stretches in need water and is the hose clean ample to drink untreated?

They say the sea should not be drank untreated, but it is fine, really. There are a few stretches, not long, without streams some times of year, but otherwise, you can hear/smell streams immediate. the stores should be fine, but I would bring some food, if I were you. most stores are out of the agency by the highway, or convenience stores whose food will make you greasy and gassy *fuuun* Good luck. Don't travel in the motionless of summer, because of the humidity, but don't go a short time ago yet, because it get COLD!
