For my b-day i want to run to ny city?
just for a time to see RENT on broadway.My mom said i could go but i necessitate someone to take me because she wont budge because shes too afraid. I've been dreaming of going near for ever. i would go alone if i could .
so my query is : is new york city that death-defying??

It depends. I wouldn't progress alone though, because if you aren't used to the big city it can be overwhelming. I would bring someone with you and don't way of walking the streets late at dark because it can be very fearsome especially in a place you hold never been previously. I went to Radio City Music Hall years ago and seeing a show is okay worth it. I wouldn't pass up the arbitrariness to go.

New York's a good place and it's not harmful round Broadway. Everyone's rich so they don't rob people unlike Philly. Some places approaching Harlem and upper Manhatten is dangerous. New York is not a scarey place surrounded by the theatre district, here are many fine restaurants to stop and drink either earlier or after the theatre. I would suggest taking mass transit into the city because if you ae not comfortable with the traffic pattern ( some major streets you can not turn departed on) it can be a project and parking in the lots can be expensive.
