Moving May 20th - Does anyone know nearly shipping things instead of U-hauling it?
I'll be moving May 20th from Greensboro, NC to Orlando, FL and really just hold clothes, kitchen stuff, microwave & toaster oven.. but I was going to see roughly shipping my stuff incase it doesn't fit in my honda union that I'll be driving down, instead of U-hauling it since that would cost like $200 (to take a hitch & trailer).

You could try getting one of those big boxes at the post organization, or get them shipped via UPS or FedEx. I'm sure they enjoy a box big enough for your stuff, approaching one that's good for up to 60 lbs.
